Hey, I’m Grace,

Welcome to my tiny piece of the internet, I’m glad you are here.

Starting therapy can be daunting and an act of commitment and kindness toward yourself and your relationships. I endeavour to make that first step toward prioritising yourself as comfortable as possible through care, transparency and authenticity. 

My practice is humanistic at its core which means I treat people with respect, compassion and care whilst also incorporating evidence based therapies.

My approach values the innate wisdom you have within yourself to heal, grow and make sense of your life, and sometimes it is helpful to have an experienced therapist facilitate that process.

You might have clarity on what is causing you distress or you might not. I work with sensitivity and collaboration offering a safe space within which you can distill your needs, integrating your life experiences as we work toward your goals.

The way in which you show up in therapy is a unique expression of your humanity, not an indication of your brokenness.
